Buy CBD For Life CBD Eye Serum Online.
The CBD Eye Serum is one of the CBD-infused skincare products offered by New Jersey company CBD For Life. This product takes a standard eye serum formula and infuses it with CBD isolate.
Although this serum sounds appealing, it has too little CBD to offer significant skin benefits. Also, while CBD For Life claims to offer a natural formula, this product contains several questionable ingredients, some of which may have harmful effects.
Coupled with its relatively high price, we don’t think this product has much to offer in comparison to a standard, cheaper eye serum.
Price/Value1/5
The pure CBD Eye Serum retails for £32.00 for a 15 mL bottle. It contains 60 mg of CBD with a cost of £0.53 per mg of CBD. This is already somewhat costly, and we don’t think this product contains enough CBD to offer much value.
CBD Potency1/5
CBD For Life’s pure CBD Serum has a low CBD potency of 4 mg/mL. We don’t think this low CBD potency is useful for any topical application. On top of this, the area around the eye is small and delicate; you’re unlikely to use a full mL of the product here.
Hemp Source2/5
CBD For Life sources hemp from a Colorado farm that uses organic and sustainable farming practices, including USDA-certified organic soil. However, no certifications are available to substantiate these claims.
Additionally, third-party lab results are only available upon request and lack tests for contaminants.
Purpose/Uses2/5
CBD Eye Serum is a specialized product designed to target skin concerns around the eyes, such as fine lines, dark circles, discoloration, and puffiness. Although the ingredients contained may help with these concerns, we don’t think there’s enough CBD to lend any significant benefits.
Product Variations3/5
The pure CBD eye serum is only available in a 15 mL pump bottle, and it’s not available in any other potency option or fragrance. However, because it’s a highly specialized product, we don’t expect to see many variations.
Formulation/Ingredients1/5
Although the ingredients used in this product are not foreign to skincare, some of them are controversial and disappointing for a brand that promotes natural wellness. It seems like CBD For Life took a generic eye serum, added minuscule amounts of CBD, and rebranded the product as a premium wellness preparation. It’s these types of companies we’re trying to avoid in the largely unregulated CBD market.
